If you wish to permanently remove the toolbar from your system. There are several steps.

• Many toolbars will have an Uninstall option provided. Most often this will appear as a link under one of the drop-down buttons as shown here:
  
  
  
  
• After selecting this option from the toolbar, the toolbar will uninstall itself from Internet Explorer and you will no longer be able to use it. However, the toolbar is still on your system, and you should follow the directions provided to you by the toolbar vendor -- or if no further directions are provided, you may do the following.

• From the Start menu of your computer, select Control Panel -- then Add/Remove Programs. You should see a dialog similar to this:
  
  
  
  
• Scroll down the list until you find the toolbar you want to remove, then click on it to select it, and then click the Change/Remove button to perform the un-installation.
